Reset Tags
If you assigned a tag but it was wrong, or you want to re-assign the tag for some other reasons, you can reset the tag in the administration area. The tag remains in your system and is free for the assignment again.
- Open the administration area in your browser.
- Then click [active tags] in the navigation area.
- Now, in the text box in the upper right corner, type the tag number that you want to reset, alternatively, you can search for everything you know about your stock material. (acquisition date, quality, etc.)
- If this Tag is connected, break the connection first.
- For the desired item or tag, click on the switch-off button (circle icon).
- A notification pops up, in which you must confirm again.
- After this, the system is automatically synchronized.
