Replace Tags
If you want to replace a tag because it is no longer working properly, or you want to renew it for other reasons. In the administration area, you can replace the tag. The tag is completely deleted from your system and a new tag is assigned.
- Open the administration area in your browser.
- Then click [active tags] in the navigation area.
- Now, in the text box in the upper right corner, type the TagID you want to replace. Alternatively, you can search for everything you know about your stock material. (acquisition date, quality, etc.)
- If this Tag is connected, break the connection first.
- Click the icon to the right of the ton (Two File Symbols). This input mask should open. Here you can enter the tag directly or select it from the [Dropdown Menu].
- In addition, you can manually change the name or leave it blank to automatically overwrite with the new TagID.
- Confirm with [Change] to complete.
